Welcome to My Dumfries

Rather than set up yet another Social Networking site, I am trying to make this section a place where the people of Dumfries can find their friends and Neighbours on existing sites. Each site which you have a profile on should provide you with the details you need to add a link to them.

The bottom 4 sections, for schools, favourite website, places of work and home address do bring in a bit of interaction. As with all the fields in this form, it is optional whether you put anything in here, but please bear privacy in mind, for instance, if your on-line bank asks you for the name of the first school you attended, consider missing it out from your list.

The password is so that you can come back and edit your profile. It will be stored in an encrypted form in the database, but I don't profess to be a security expert, and I don't have secure servers, so please don't use a password which could cause harm if someone else got a hold of it.
